Megan is a Senior Developmental Educator who started her career as a student support officer, a community support worker, and life skills group facilitator for people with disabilities. Megan’s passion is supporting people with disabilities to develop their social and emotional skills particularly with young adults, people with schizophrenia, and people with autism spectrum disorder.
Megan is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission and a qualified Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Inc. (DEAI). Megan is also a registered Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Outside of work Megan’s time is filled with spending her time in the outdoors, snorkelling, walking the dogs, or adventuring. Megan enjoys being crafty, flipping furniture, making candles, or taking on new projects. She also volunteers with the local church as a children’s and youth leader, music team leader, and supporting with significant events.
