At DLi, we’re passionate about nurturing the next generation of support workers and professionals. That’s why we offer student placements for those working towards their Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support.  We also welcome graduate students that require a friendly and supportive workplace to complete their placement hours.

We believe in providing hands-on experience that makes a difference. Our placements can take you to DLi’s residential or short-term accommodation sites, where you’ll get to learn from the best and put your skills into action.

The best part of our Student Placement program? Many of our skilled and motivated students end up joining our team after their placements! We love seeing our students blossom and become valuable members of the DLi team.
