Beachside STA (Respite) stays

DLi’s Short and Medium Term Accommodation (STA) offers clients a home away from home for a period of time as and when required.  Sometimes, there is a need for short term alternative accommodation when there has been some sort of emergency or when the client’s home is being renovated, or it might be that the client’s carers are away on holiday. DLi offers our clients’ families and carers the peace of mind that their loved one is well looked after.

Our homes in Semaphore each have  something different to offer. They are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable and we always receive great feedback from clients after their stays with us. Our clients enjoy the change of scenery and it is often an opportunity to see and experience new things and meet new people.   Families and carers can relax in the knowledge that all of our clients’ personal needs are taken care of by our highly trained staff and this includes personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and behavioural support.

Each home can also offer a range of activities and things to do and we go out of our way to make life as fun and interesting as possible for our clients during their stay with us. These can include dining out, exploring local attractions and a host of other planned activities and excursions that promote personal development, health and wellbeing.

Each of our clients is different and we offer a bespoke service, taking into account each client’s personal needs and interests.
